Small groups of people carrying similar pressure: payroll, partners, staff, and the decisions nobody else in your life understands.

Informal, between members. Most of the value people report comes from a conversation after the formal part ended.

- Business relationships form, but that is a by-product. It is a community for growing as a follower of Jesus who happens to run something.
- Do I need to own a business?
- No. Professionals and people employed in leadership roles are just as welcome.
- Is there a cost?
- Gatherings usually cover food at cost. Nothing beyond that.
